We have an excellent RETURNS policy with a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee from the day in which you receive the product, 

Custom made items CAN only be returned/exchanged if damaged in transit as we will forward all relevant information including pictures prior to despatching.

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item using Royal Mail, in the original condition and in suitable packaging. Prior to posting please contact us via email cjsboutiques.outlook.com just so we can expect your delivery stating our reason for return. Once received a full refund minus initial despatch charges will be refunded. 

If you would like an EXCHANGE provided it is not a custom made item please send back to us, in the original condition and suitable packaging. Once received we will exchange the product (subject to availability) and return. Please note extra shipping costs will apply.
